The '2025 Korea Law Firm Consumer Report' asked corporate legal officers to select the 'Disappointing Law Firms' among all the firms they had experienced and to explain their reasons in their own words. This survey item, which allowed multiple responses, produced a total of 273 responses. The criterion was the same in the 2024 evaluation, confirming that clients-whether naming a firm 'best' or 'disappointing'-treat a firm's 'legal skills and expertise' as the single most important basis for selection and assessment. pc야마토 Specific comments included: 'We doubted whether they truly had expertise in a particular area,' 'They showed weaknesses in expertise, or their work fell short from the client's perspective,' and 'Underwhelming performance relative to their reputation.' The third reason clients gave for naming a firm disappointing was communication skills. A firm with a larger number of lawyers is more likely to receive many votes as both a 'Best Law Firm' and a 'Disappointing Law Firm.' It is therefore difficult to declare a 'Best' or 'Worst' based on vote counts alone. We conducted a relative assessment comparing 'Best Law Firm' votes with 'Disappointing Law Firm' votes; on this basis, BAE, KIM & LEE came out best. The number of responses naming BAE, KIM & LEE a 'Best Law Firm' was 369, versus 19 naming it 'Disappointing'-a ratio of 19.4 to 1.
